Effective: May 2026 · By using dawdle you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the service.

The short version: Be cool to other producers. Don't impersonate, harass, or spam. Don't upload anything you don't have the rights to. We can suspend accounts that break the rules. The service is provided "as is" while we're in beta.

dawdle is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any content is accurate. Use it at your own risk while we're in beta.

10. limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, dawdle and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or data, arising out of or relating to your use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the prior 12 months and (b) US$50.

11. indemnity

You agree to indemnify dawdle against claims arising from content you upload or your violation of these terms.

12. governing law

Once dawdle's operating entity is formed, this section will state the governing jurisdiction. Until then, disputes will be handled under the laws of the State of Michigan, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

13. changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced in-app or by email. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
